This piece is an abstract representation of the flow of life. One cell emerges and transform into multiple lifeforms. As they travel across places, the lifeforms evolve into a creature, the creature lives and eventually dies. Life is a mere cycle and oftentimes we just circle back to the original place.
Our group comprises five members, all of whom are interested in animation in general, from cartoons to anime. Our eyes were opened when we were introduced to the vast world of abstract and experimental animations, which are daring and brash, and we were amazed by the many works of renown artists, such as Jonathan Gillie, Ryoichi Kurokawa, Stuart Hilton, etc. Upon receiving an assignment from our instructor, we tried our best to craft our work based on the music we have. In the end, the thing that matters is that we all had fun while creating our work.
