A young woman returns to her empty childhood home and is confronted with memories in which her late mum was always there for her. She manages to bat the memories away, but only up to a point.
It is a lyrical film about the powerful feeling that seemingly completely insignificant objects from our childhood evoke in us.
Graduated from Gorky Ural State University, Faculty of Art History and Cultural Studies, in 2007, she was participating in city exhibitions as a curator, photographer, and artist. Aleksandra has always been interested in lyrical clowning and street theatre and participated in theatre projects.
In 2011, she graduated from the Pantomime and Physical Theatre Directing Department of the APRIKT Academy under the leadership of I. G. Rutberg and fled from the world of fine arts to the world of circus life to spend the next four years immersing herself in it and touring (Ukraine, England, China, Israel) as a clown in the female duet “Clowns Pilula" (dir. AndreyNikolaev).
At times, visiting her hometown, she performed at the Three Oranges Children’s Theatre, where she holds the position of official poster artist. She also continued to engage in street art.
In 2013, she entered the SHAR Studio School, specializing in Directing.
She works as an animator, draws, raises an amazing daughter, travels, and continues to cross out the fulfilled bullet points of her dream list.
