SYNOPSIS
Strangers come to visit the home of a young couple. Taking advantage of the hospitality of the hosts, the unexpected guests push the couple to do rash things, which leads to the destruction of the established order and harmony within the family.
ABOUT DIRECTOR
Born in 1983. Graduate of the art faculty of Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (VGIK) and SHAR Studio School (the animated film directing course).
Varya illustrates books and makes animated films. Participant of numerous international exhibitions. Teaches at SHAR Studio School and at the British Higher School of Design. There are three animation works in her own directorial filmography. The films have been screened at numerous international festivals and have received awards including three Best Animation Awards at the Message to Man Festival, National Ikar and Bely Slon Awards, Grand Jury Award for Best Animation at the Edmont International Film Festival (Canada), Best Russian Animation at FAB (Berlin), Best Animation at Lublin Film Festival (Poland) and others.
