SYNOPSIS
We are blessed by nature with a sheer endless multitude of shapes, textures and colours, that are waiting to be examined. But the abundance of beauty is its curse which forces us to disregard and discard. In "Dry Lives", the temporary beauty of autumn leaves becomes intermingled with the temporal dimension of dancing movements to the sounds of classical guitar.
ABOUT DIRECTOR
Lukas Winter was born in a small town in southern Germany. Looking to balance a passion for art and the technical, he studied multimedia and VR design in Halle (Saale), Germany, but soon turned his attention more to linear visual media. After a stint working on exhibits for history museums he is now studying animation at the Estonian Academy of Arts.
